Six practices, one operating thesis

Consulting that ends in shipped systems

No ninety-slide diagnostics. Every engagement lands as working software, a redrawn process, or a decision your team can defend.

What we actually do

Pick one practice or let us sequence them. Most clients start with a single decision that keeps slipping.

How we work

A five-stage engagement with exits at every stage

You can stop after diagnosis. Most teams carry on, but the option is real and priced in.

01DiagnoseTwo weeks inside your data, tooling and calendars to find where decisions actually stall.2 weeks
02FrameWe name the three bets worth making and the one you should refuse this year.1 week
03PrototypeA working slice in your stack — not a mock — so the debate becomes concrete.3 weeks
04ScaleHardening, integrations, and the runbooks that let your team own it outright.6 weeks

Engagement models

Three ways to buy the same rigour

Scope changes; the standard does not. Every model includes a named principal and weekly written updates.

FAQ

Questions we get on the first call

Anything else, ask on the intro call — we answer scope and price questions on the spot.

How fast can you start?

Usually within two weeks. Diagnosis needs a named sponsor, read access to your data, and ninety minutes each from four people.

Do you work with our existing stack?

Yes. We build inside what you already own — warehouse, CRM, ticketing — and avoid introducing tools you would have to defend later.

Who actually does the work?

A pod of three to five practitioners, named before you sign. No unstaffed pyramid and no swap-outs mid-engagement.

What if the answer is to build nothing?

Then we say so and stop. Roughly one in six diagnoses ends with a recommendation to do nothing, and we bill only the diagnosis.

How do you price?

Fixed fee per stage, quoted before the stage begins. No hourly billing and no change orders for scope we should have foreseen.

Who owns the IP?

Everything we build is yours — prompts, models, pipelines and documentation — on the day it ships.

Bring us the decision that keeps slipping

Ninety minutes with a principal, no deck. You leave with a written point of view whether or not we work together.
